The FD in Fashion + Costume is a creative and vocationally relevant course equivalent to the first 2 years of a BA(Hons)Degree. It prepares you for career paths in fashion and costume industries.
You will complete 4 modules in year one. They cover academic practice, practical and creative skills. Contextual study is explored through a series of lectures and seminars. In addition guest speakers support the fashion and Costume industries module. Design projects are industry linked and specialist staff deliver production modules in our well resourced workshop and studios.
